Brand Ambassador

Remote Location/ Contract to Hire

OnCall Discovery seeks several entrepreneurial professionals to serve as business development and marketing support to grow our search platform for legal services companies. 

This position is a great opportunity for current legal professionals that want to transition to a marketing or sales role. Brand Ambassadors will work closely with marketing and operations to be a community manager, to generate new business, and drive a range of new business and marketing initiatives. 

Job Description Overview

  • Sign up new legal support vendors to the OnCall Discovery platform. 
  • Help currently listed companies claim their profiles on the OnCall Discovery platform 
  • Help paralegals, lawyers, or vendors leave reviews on the OnCall Discovery platform
  • Provide feedback to the product development, marketing, and customer support team to improve the overall customer experience. 
  • Identity influencers or people of interest that would be ideal to be part of the OnCall Discovery content creation 

Job Experience Overview

  • Knowledgeable and have an existing network of litigation support companies (ex. eDiscovery, litigation support, court reporting, translations, etc.) 
  • Ideally be located within a major metro region within the state (ex. Seattle, WA or San Diego, CA) 
  • Excel at communications and customer experience 
  • Have a robust understanding of social media use to promote business and brand initiatives, primarily with LinkedIn and Facebook
  • Be able to work in a remote working environment

Sales Representative

OnCall Discovery seeks several entrepreneurial professionals to serve as sales representatives and help us grow our platform.

The OnCall Discovery platform connects attorneys and paralegals with legal services companies. Legal professionals can anonymously rate and review eDiscovery and legal services companies, search for firms with the expertise they need, and read reviews provided by their peers. The OnCall Discovery team also provides marketing support and content development services to a select roster of high-profile clients.

This position is a great opportunity for legal professionals who want to transition into a sales role. Sales representatives will work closely with marketing and operations to attract subscribers to the platform and drive a range of new business and marketing initiatives. 

Job Description Overview


  • Generate revenue by clearly explaining the platform’s value position and convincing legal solutions companies to subscribe
  • Help companies claim their profiles on the OnCall Discovery platform 
  • Help paralegals, lawyers, or vendors leave reviews on the OnCall Discovery platform
  • Provide feedback to the product development, marketing, and customer support team to improve the overall customer experience
  • Identify influencers and thought leaders that would be ideal contributors to OnCall’s content creation efforts 

Job Experience Overview


A Sales Representative with OnCall Discovery must

  • Have significant knowledge of and experience in the legal industry.
  • Have an existing, extensive network of contacts at legal services companies (e.g. eDiscovery, litigation support, court reporting, translations, etc.) 
  • Ideally be located within a major metropolitan area with significant legal industry activity
  • Excel at communication, persuasive speaking, and customer relationship management
  • Be an expert and prolific user of social media, with a track record of successfully promoting business and brand initiatives on LinkedIn, Facebook, and other networks
  • Be experienced and comfortable in a 100% virtual company

Pay and Benefits

  • Commission on subscriptions and marketing support services, up to $2,000/month. Opportunity for increases based on outcomes.
